Authorities have released the name of a man, whose body was found in a vehicle submerged on
the beach Wednesday afternoon in Chambers County near the Highway 124/87 intersection. He
has been identified as 85-year old Claude Credeur. His 80-year old wife, Lena was found nearby.
She was transported to a Galveston Hospital. The Winnie couple was reported missing on
Tuesday. The investigation continues. Foul play is not suspected.
