The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports late Sunday night into early yesterday morning,
several vehicle were burglarized in Nederland, both inside and outside the city limits. Some of
the streets hit were West Bourque, South Bourque, Spruce, and Windmill. The sheriff’s office
took four auto burglary complaints dealing with vehicles in its jurisdiction. There were no
forced entries into any of the vehicles. The sheriff’s office is asking residents to check their
home video systems to see if there is any suspicious activity recorded on their systems.
