30 Year Sentence For Port Arthur Man

A Port Arthur man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for two counts of aggravated

robbery. In March of last year, Dacqure Holmes used a shotgun on a 14-year old boy at a

Port Arthur bus stop forcing the teen to remove his clothing then robbed him. Eight days later

Holmes threatened a cable man at gunpoint at the Villa Main Apartments in Port Arthur. He

was sentenced Monday by Judge John Stevens.
