Motorists that travel Old Dowlen Road in Beaumont could experience delays over the next
several weeks. The city is conducting a resurfacing project on the road. Work will take place
daily from 8:00 to 5:00 until the project is complete. Weather permitting, the project is expected
to continue through May 5th.
