Governor Greg Abbott says all nursing home residents and staff members in Texas are to be tested for coronavirus. The Governor issued the order yesterday. The project is based on guidance from the White House Coronavirus Task Force and National Coronavirus Response Coordinator, Doctor Deborah Birx. So far, the start date for the testing has not been released.
