As many businesses in Louisiana begin to re-open this weekend, the state's casinos are being
asked to wait until next Monday to open their doors. The state Gaming Control Board says
casinos and video poker parlors can resume operating on May 18th under the Phase One social
distancing guidelines. New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said her city's casinos and poker
parlors will not re-open on Monday, meaning Harrah's New Orleans will remain closed.
