Suspect Caught After Running From Courtroom

A man that learned his bond was being revoked for failing a mandatory drug test ran from a

Jefferson County courtroom this morning. After Judge John Stevens ordered 31-year old

Brandon J Miller to be remanded, Miller fled from the second floor courtroom, jumped from

the second floor to the first floor. He was taken into custody by a deputy near the front door.

Miller, who was out on bond for narcotics and evading charges, is now facing additional charges.

Judge Stevens revoked all of Miller’s bonds.
