Beaumont City Council has approved entering into an agreement with Garfield Public Private to conduct a market study, determine estimated costs, and develop a business and financing plan for a hotel on property owned by the city. The partnership could see a $100 million dollar hotel built north of the Beaumont Civic Center. The developer has constructed several high-end properties across the nation.
