The names of a Port Arthur couple that died in a Sunday morning house fire have been released. The
fire in the 4100 block of Griffing Drive claimed the lives of 74-year old Teresea Maldanado, who was found
outside the home, and 70-year old Antonio Mendoza was inside the house. The cause of the fire has not been
determined. Autopsies have been ordered.
