A woman is credited with saving the lives of two girls Sunday at a birthday party in Bridge City. Fire
Captain Elgin Browning tells us a 14-year old and a 9-year old were swimming at the party and became
unresponsive in a swimming pool. The woman performed CPR and revived both of them before EMS
arrived. At last report, the 9-year old had recovered and the 14-year old was still undergoing breathing
treatments.
