How tragic that on a day when we exercise the right to vote we see in San Jose,

California, the travesty of justice. Students at schools there are not allowed to wear

USA tee shirts because it enrages the Latino population on their special day.

To begin with, Cinco De Mayo is not really the big Mexican holiday it is portrayed to be.

Secondly, the threat of violence by Latino’s to harm the white students who wear the shirts

Stiffened the school boards opposition to the USA shirts. Instead of corralling the trouble makers, it made

More sense to out the shirt wearers. Somewhere in that constitution is the First Amendment right to protect all.

Unfortunately the  9th Circuit Court of Appeals has failed to find it.
