On Monday (December 18th) a British Airways passenger en route from London's Heathrow Airport to Aberdeen, a city in northeast Scotland, waited over an hour and 15 minutes to claim their bags. An anonymous witness told the Evening Express that things got tense after the plane landed at 10:30 p.m. and the 100-plus passengers were not given any direction as to when or where to retrieve their belongings. Eventually, a man tried to crawl through the door in the carousel conveyor belt. The impatient customer had to return to the airport the next day for his bags.
