A fire in Bevil Oaks yesterday morning causing more damage to a home that was damaged
by Tropical Storm Harvey. A contractor was working inside the home when the fire broke
out on Carol Lane. Jefferson County Emergency Service District responded and quickly put
the fire out. There were no injuries.
