Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting. An 18-year old man was shot yesterday
afternoon in the 2200 block of 11th Street, near Thomas Boulevard. The victim was walking
with a group of friends when he was shot. He was transported to the hospital. An arrest has
not been made.
