The 9th annual Gusher Marathon is scheduled for tomorrow. The route will cover a large portion
of downtown Beaumont, Lamar University, and MLK between Cardinal Drive and Calder
Avenue. The marathon will be between 7:30 am and 1:30 pm. The city will begin closing
roads around the area beginning at 4:00 tomorrow morning. All roads are anticipated to be
reopened by 2:00.
