Police in Orange are looking for a man that robbed the Chase Bank in the 3100 block of 16th
Street. The robber is described as a black man, wearing a blue and white dress, blue zip-up
jacket, and a long black wig walked into the bank yesterday morning and robbed at teller at
gunpoint. He left in a newer model silver four door Dodge dully pickup with running boards.
