A Beaumont man has been sentenced to more than 17 years in federal prison for firearms
violations. 35-year old Michael Anthony Victoria was arrested in December of 2016 for
being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. As a convicted felon, Victoria
is prohibited by federal law from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition. Victoria
pleaded guilty on November 9th and was sentenced to 210 months yesterday.
