The school district in Pennsylvania should be given an “E” for effort and a “D” for dumbing themselves down. The school super is arming each school room with a bucket of rocks to throw at someone who comes in and attempts to either disrupt the class or shoot someone. Well hell!!! There’s the answer we’ve been looking for. It worked for David (Goliath) except don’t forget, there were no guns then. Why wouldn’t it work? Why would a crazed killer not turn and run at the mere thought of being stoned by school kids? My question is who’s being stoner here? But I digress. You don’t bring a knife to a gun fight and you sure as hell don’t bring a bucket of rocks. Maybe the superintendent needs to go back to school. Oh, wait. He’s already there. He knows that a cop or a teacher with a gun wouldn’t work or be nearly effective as a box of rocks. Next up! Rock throwing lessons to make sure kids and teachers alike are proficient enough to defend themselves. This ain’t a box of rocks. This is a crock of crap.
