A man accused of leaving the scene of a deadly motorcycle accident has been indicted by a
Jefferson County grand jury. Marcos Cisneros was involved in an October wreck that claimed
the life of 20-year old Tyler Shane Lisenby. Lisenby’s motorcycle struck the back of Cisneros
car as the two were leaving a party in Beaumont. A passenger in Cisneros’ car got out to
assist Lisenby, however Cisneros left the scene. If convicted, Cisneros could face up to 20
years in prison.
