Beaumont police are investigating a shooting. The victim told police he was dropping someone
off at a residence in the 1800 block of Hebert Saturday night when shots were fired into his
car. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Anyone with
any information is asked to call the Beaumont Police Department or Southeast Texas Crime
