While conducting a surveillance last night on a subject selling narcotics, Jefferson County
deputies stopped a car for a traffic violation in the area of Twin City Highway and Helena
Avenue in Nederland. Two arrests were made. Nalah Felsih Castillo, a female passenger in
the car, was found to be in possession of three baggies containing white powder. She was
arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The driver, Tyler Womack was arrested
for possession of marijuana. Both were transported to the Jefferson County Correctional
Facility.
