A man that pleaded guilty to impersonating a public servant is on his way to prison. Judge
John Stevens sentenced David Matthews to six years yesterday. Matthews, who displayed
a badge, claimed he was a Harris County constable and was in Jefferson County assisting
following Tropical Storm Harvey. He could of faced up to 10 years.
