A man is jailed in Orange County following a robbery at the Vidor Wal-Mart. The suspect
attempted to return merchandise that he had just removed from a shelf inside the store. While
attempting to elude a loss prevention officer and other employees, the man knocked over an
employee and a shopper raising the theft charge to a robbery charge. The suspect was found
lying on the other side of the fence with an ankle and a scrotum injury. After being treated,
he was transported to jail. There were no other injuries.
