It is primary runoff election day in Texas. In Jefferson County there are two races to be
decided. Melody Chappell and Tina Bradley are facing off for judge in the 172nd State
District Court. In another race, Tom Gillam III and Joseph Guillory are in a runoff for
Precinct 8 Justice of the Peace. The polls will be open from 7:00 to 7:00.
