A man and woman are jailed charged with capital murder in the death of a Nederland man. 24-
year old Ashlie Sheree Martinez and 24-year old Dewayne Lamont Owens, both of Beaumont,
are charged with the May 10th murder of Michael Legg. His body was found in his home on
Beauxart Garden Road in Nederland. Both suspects were already jailed Wednesday on separate
charges. Both are being held without bond. More arrests could be possible as the investigation
into the murder of Legg continues.
