A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Arthur man for manslaughter and
aggravated assault. 25-year old Luis Xavier Terrazas is accused of deliberating striking
two vehicles with his car on FM 365 in November of 2014. One of the collisions claimed
the life of Ismail Kerai.
