A man convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Jefferson County was
sentenced today to 50 years in prison. The two 25-year sentences for 29-year old
Kevin Kamper assessed by Criminal Justice Judge Raquel West will run consecutively and
he will have to serve the entire 50 years and is not eligible for parole. His victim was a 5-year
old girl.
