Beaumont police are investigating a possible drowning. On Saturday, police assisted
Beaumont Fire & EMS in the 6600 block of Prutzman. 39-year old Arnold Smith was
transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. At this time, foul play is
not suspected.
