A Groves resident has won more than $4.7 million on a Texas Lotto scratch off ticket. The
Winning $4.777 million was sold at the Citgo Food Mart, located at 2468 Highway 69 in
Nederland. The store is eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus. The winner has elected to
remain anonymous.
