Freak accidents can cause really big issues. Authorities say a Lamborghini erupted into flames at a suburban gas station in St. Louis after a minivan driver pulled away from a gas pump with the nozzle still attached. Kirkwood Police Detective Bob Bryhy says a valve is supposed to shut off when that happens, but instead fuel sprayed into the Huracan Performante's engine, causing the car to ignite on Saturday (July 7th.)
