A 2-year child was airlifted to a Galveston hospital yesterday after he was pulled from an
above ground pool in Port Neches. Police were called to the 2500 block of 15th Street in
reference to a possible drowning. The child was in the pool with several other children. Adults
at the scene began life saving efforts until EMS arrived.
