The DPS reports a woman that was found on the side of the highway in Orange County
has died. She has been identified as 29-year old Jessica Renee Talmadge, of Buna. She
was found Saturday morning on Highway 12, near FM 1136. An investigation on how
and why she was on the highway continues. There were no vehicles in the area and no
visible crash debris. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the DPS.
