A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Beaumont man for indecency with a child, which is
a third degree felony. 56 year old Juan Manuel Fernandez is accused of exposing himself in
front to two girls, ages 9 and 12, on June 26th in the 3200 block of Brandon in Beaumont. He
was arrested at the scene and taken to jail.
