Two people were arrested in Vidor Tuesday following a traffic stop. Inside the vehicle
34 grams of a clear crystal like substance, which was believed to be methamphetamine,
were found along with a 9mm semi-automatic pistol. Todd Russell Alford II and Juliana
Lourde were both transported to the Orange County Jail. Alford’s bonds total $40,000 and
Lourde’s bonds total more than $27,000. This is the second time in the past 30 days both
were arrested for similar drug offenses.
