A man that admitted to molesting three infant girls more than 10 years ago in Jefferson County
has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. 45-year old Jason Charles Hubacek, who was charged
with four counts of indecency with a child and three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a
child, pleaded guilty this past November and was sentenced yesterday. Hubacek, who received,
the maximum sentence, will have to serve at least 10 years before he is eligible for parole.
