A traffic stop in Orange County Tuesday night ended with a Winnie man going to jail on
possession charges. Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division were
working in the area of North FM 105 and Highway 1131 when they conducted a traffic stop on
a northbound pickup. a search of the vehicle revealed just under 300 grams of methamphetamine.
31-year old Christopher Cox was transported to the Orange County Jail. His bond was set at
$125,000.
