The Catholic Diocese of Beaumont has joined other Texas dioceses in announcing plans to
release names of clergy credibly accused of sexual abuse of minors. The decision by the
15 diocese of Texas and the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter is in the context of the
ongoing work to protect children from sexual abuse and their efforts to promote healing
and the restoration of trust in the church. All dioceses will publish their list by January 31,
2019
