A Broaddus man was seriously injured in a two vehicle wreck in Hardin County yesterday
afternoon. The DPS reports 57-year old Esmon Rushing was traveling east on Highway 105,
near Old Sour Lake Road, when he crossed into the eastbound lane and struck an oncoming
18-wheeler. Rushing was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. The
driver of the 18-wheeler was not hurt.
