A Hardin County man has been arraigned for a double shooting. 71-year old Gerald Wayne
Tomlinson, of Saratoga, is charged with murder and aggravated assault. He is accused in
Friday’s shooting death of 37-year old Charlie Wayne Daniel Jr. and shooting 35-year old
Jacklyn Yvonne Sanders, who was treated and released. The shootings occurred in the 13000
block of Tomlison Road, near Saratoga. Tomlinson’s bounds total $575,000. He is in the Hardin
County Jail.
