Prescription Drugs Litter Highway Following Truck Crash

This sounds like an expensive accident. A crash between a truck hauling prescription drugs and syringes was rear-ended by a big rig just after midnight on Friday (November 2nd) on State Highway 105, just east of Cut and Shoot, Texas. The accident caused prescription drugs and syringes to litter the highway, which was closed for several hours for clean up. The driver of the prescription drug truck was hospitalized with a minor leg injury. Police said the drugs and supplies were recovered from the road and returned to the distributor. (UPI)
