The elections are over, however we still see several political signs around the area. Under
state law, Texans have until a week from today to remove the signs. State law says political signs
can’t go up earlier than 90 days before an election, and have to removed within 10 days after an
election. The state law also says homeowners can’t pass rules to prevent property owners from
the signs in their yards. All political signs must be removed by next Friday.
