The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Beaumont man for murder. 40-year old
Herbert Wayne Collins is charged with the October 16th shooting death of 29-year old
Bradison Mims, of Beaumont. Mims was shot multiple times in the 1200 block of North
Street in Beaumont. Collins, who was indentified, by a witness through a photo lineup was
arrested the same night in the 2400 block of Delaware.
