Prison inmates in Iowa are suing the state to get their pornography back. A new state law prohibits inmates from having nude photos in their cells and bans Playboy magazine. It also ordered “pornography reading rooms” that had been opened in state prisons to be shut down. The suit by 58 inmates claims they have a constitutional right to pornography and that the law was passed by “religious tyrants.”
