For the second time, a Beaumont man has been found guilty in the death of a 16-year old Vidor
girl. In 2014, 36-year old Kelvin Roy crashed his vehicle into a van on Main Street in Vidor
killing Alexandria Bertrand. It was determined Roy deliberately caused the wreck. He faces
up to life in prison. His punishment will be assessed today. His first conviction was
overturned.
