Four Beaumont juveniles are in custody for aggravated robbery and engaging in
organized criminal activity. A 65-year old man was approached by the four juveniles
this morning in the 4400 block of Dowlen Road. One of the suspect pointed a gun at
the victim’s face and forced him from his vehicle, stole his cell phone, wallet, and his
vehicle. A short time later, the suspects were pulled over in the stolen vehicle in the 5000
block of Helbig. Two 15-year olds, a 14-year old, and a 16-year old were all transported
to the Minnie Rogers Juvenile Detention Center. All four were laughing during the booking
process and bragging that they would just get probation.
