Port Arthur police have released the name of a man who was found under an overpass on
Saturday. 30-year old Joshua Wade Borel, of Groves, was found in the 6100 block of Twin
City Highway. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy
has been ordered. Port Arthur police are investigating Borel’s death.
