The DPS reports a Hemphill couple was killed and three other injured following a three vehicle
wreck in Sabine County. 29-year old Robert Skyler Procell was driving north on Highway 21
at a high rate of speed when he struck a trailer as it was turning off the highway. The car
then struck an eastbound pickup. Procell and his 27-year old wife Chelsea Chaney Procell
were both pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup, 40-year old Tellis Jones
and two children, ages 13 and 7 of Hemphill, were airlifted to a hospital.
