The Louisiana State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a deadly house fire that occurred
in Sulphur yesterday morning. One other person is being treated in Galveston for second-
degree burns to more than 90% of his body. Two others were not injured. There were no
smoke alarms in the home. The cause remains under investigation.
