The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting. Deputies were called to the
10,000 block of Bussey Road in Silsbee yesterday afternoon and found a 32-year old man
suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was airlifted to a Beaumont hospital. The
suspect, a 26-year old Silsbee man was arrested at the scene. Both men know each other through
a mutual female friend.
