A Beaumont man has been convicted by a Jefferson County jury for indecency with a child
by exposure. In June of last year, 57-year old Juan Manuel Alameda Fernandez exposed
himself and committed a lewd act from a window of two girls, ages nine and 12.The penalty
is two to 10 years in prison, however Fernandez has a prior conviction and could face up to
20 years. He will be sentenced on April 8th.
